WEB DESIGN IN THE DISTRICT OF PASSAU

Web design for the city and district of Passau

I am based in Pocking, right in the district of Passau. For businesses, freelancers and clubs between the Bavarian Forest, the Danube and the Inn, I am quickly within reach, in person too. I build websites, online shops and web apps that convince on mobile and get found on Google.

Why a developer from the region

  • Short distances, real meetings

A meeting at your premises is no big undertaking within the district. If you prefer video, that works just as well.

  • Knowing the region

Whether a spa business in the spa triangle, a trade in the Rottal or a restaurant on the Danube and Inn: I know the customers you want to reach.

  • One face instead of an agency

From the first idea to launch, you talk to the same person who builds your website.

Typical projects in the district of Passau

The district thrives on tourism, health, trades and a strong club life. The projects are just as varied:

  • Spas, health and thermal baths

Hotels, guesthouses, practices and therapy services around Bad Füssing and Bad Griesbach that want to win guests over before they arrive.

  • Hospitality and tourism

From the three-rivers city of Passau to the Bavarian Forest: menus, rooms and experiences that are easy to find and read on mobile.

  • Trades and medium-sized businesses

Companies that want to win skilled staff and orders through their website, rather than just having a digital business card.

  • Clubs and event organisers

Clear pages for fixtures, dates and members, easy to maintain.

Frequently asked questions from the district of Passau

Will you come to our premises for a meeting?

Yes, gladly within the district and the city of Passau. Travel is shown transparently in the offer in advance; a video call is just as possible.

Do you also work for the city of Passau, even though it is an independent city?

Of course. To me, the city of Passau is naturally part of the region, as are the neighbouring districts.

Will a new website help me rank for “web design Passau” or similar terms in my industry?

A clean technical basis, fast loading times and clear content about your location are the prerequisite for Google to consider your site for regional searches. Nobody can reputably promise guaranteed rankings.

Do I also need a Google Business Profile?

For regional searches, highly recommended. Profile and website complement each other: the profile appears on the map, the website convinces in detail.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most important questions

After the initial meeting, I create a detailed proposal with a fixed price. After acceptance and a 30% deposit, development begins in milestone-based steps. You receive regular updates and can provide feedback at any time.
A simple website takes 2-4 weeks, business websites 3-6 weeks, complex web apps 8-12 weeks. The exact duration depends on the scope and your individual requirements.
The price depends on your individual requirements and desired features. You receive a transparent fixed-price proposal upfront with no hidden costs – and you don't need to pay agency prices for a professional result. Get in touch for a free consultation – I'm happy to advise you.
Yes. For existing Shopify stores and modern websites I build custom partial solutions (e.g. custom sections and components) – or brand new websites and shops, whichever makes the most sense for your project. I deliberately do not support outdated systems such as WordPress.
Only if it is agreed in the offer. The order ends with acceptance; support beyond that is only available if it is included in the offer, which then also sets out its duration, scope and cost. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. After the project, I also offer services on request at fair hourly rates; larger feature extensions are calculated as a separate project.
Yes! Federal and state programmes across Germany offer attractive funding for digitalisation projects, depending on your region. Important: the application usually has to be submitted BEFORE the project starts. I'm happy to advise you on the options and support the application process.
I use AI tools for routine tasks (boilerplate code, documentation), but make all strategic decisions myself. Every piece of code is reviewed, tested, and optimized by me. You don't get a generic AI solution, but well-thought-out software with human expertise.
Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS. Backend: Node.js, REST APIs, authentication & caching. Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Supabase, Prisma. Shop systems: Shopify and Shopify Liquid. The technology is always chosen to fit your project.
Yes – on-site appointments are available all across Germany. The consultation itself is free; only a one-time travel flat rate (incl. VAT) applies based on distance: up to 150 km €69, over 150 km €119, over 300 km €179. Remote video calls are of course free of charge.
